By signing this agreement, you ("the Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions for availing Halal Flex (Equated Monthly Installment) financing services from Ambala Commerce:

  1. Acknowledgment of Terms
    You confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined in this document.
  2. Delivery of Items
    Upon availing the Halal Flex facility, you will receive handset and all other items, including the original packaging and documentation.
  3. Payment Obligations
    You agree to make timely Halal Flex payments as per the agreed schedule. Failure to do so will result in:
    • Forfeiture of ownership rights over the financed phone.
    • An obligation to return the phone to Ambala Commerce.
    • Waiver of any claim to refunds or reimbursements.
  4. Non-Payment and Recovery
    In the event of non-payment, Ambala Commerce reserves the right to restrict your use of the device and initiate legal proceedings against you:
    • Dispatch authorized representatives to your registered residential address for phone recovery.
    • Charge you for all associated costs, including but not limited to legal fees and transportation charges.
  5. Access for Recovery
    You agree to fully cooperate with Ambala or its representatives in retrieving the financed phone, including granting access to your premises if necessary.
  6. Liability for Misuse
    You accept full responsibility for any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted using the financed phone.
  7. Contact Information
    You agree to keep Ambala Commerce informed of any changes in your contact details or employment status throughout the Halal Flex tenure.
  8. Amendments to Terms
    Ambala Commerce reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
